Summer Program at Lum School
JUNE 16 to AUGUST 15, 2008
For boys and girls entering 1st grade to 12 years of age.
Summer Enrollment begins Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at each Alameda Island Kids site between 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. with the Site Director until weekly enrollment and field trips reach their maximums. No Summer Enrollment will be taken between June 9 - 13, 2008.
$200 a week for Full Day Care - 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE - Week #3 will have a special rate of $160 for Full Care. Only 4 days of care available. (CLOSED Friday, July 4, 2008).
PAYMENT INFO - At least half of all fees for care must be paid at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance must be paid by June 2, 2008 by 6:00 p.m. If the balance is not paid, your child cannot attend and no refund will be given.
REFUND POLICY - All requests for refunds must be submitted to the Alameda Island Kids Program Director, prior to the first day of care for the week the refund is requested. All fees must be paid in full and have no balance owing for refunds to be considered. Girls Inc. will only refund 50% of the fees paid.
As a courtesy, a confirmation of enrollment, fees due & envelope will be available after processing of fees. A receipt will be provided for all fees paid.
All major and local field trips must be paid IN FULL at time of enrollment.
Girls Inc. t-shirts are required to be worn on all field trips. T-shirts will be provided for summer enrollment and additional shirts can be purchased. Please refer to our Field Trip policy in the Practice and Procedure Manual.
All field trips are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis and have LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE.
