On May 30, 2009, Girls Inc. is partnering with See Jane Run, a women’s athletic clothing store, to hold the 4th Annual See Jane Run 5K/Half Marathon in Alameda for women from all over the Bay Area. This event provides several great opportunities for people from the community to get involved with Girls Incorporated of the Island City and have a lot of fun!

• Run or Walk - We are looking for women (and teams of women) to register to run or walk in the race.
• Volunteer - We are also looking for 80-120 men and women to volunteer at the race that day.
• Raise Money - We are inviting groups to raise money for our organization by soliciting donations for us through special web pages on the See Jane Run website.
