Alameda Island Kids Site Director – The AIK Site Director leads, manages and supports the daily operations of the Alameda Island Kids Before and After School Program. In this leadership role, the Site Director provides direct supervision, guidance, and support to program staff—most of whom are part-time, with some full-time positions—ensuring high-quality program delivery and staff development. Elementary Program Facilitator (multiple vacancies) – The Elementary Program Facilitator collaborates with a team to enhance the learning and development of grades K-5 youth participants in our two after school programs: the Girls Program (located at the Meyers Center) and at Alameda Island Kids (located at five AUSD elementary schools). Most Facilitator positions are part-time; a few are full-time. Teen STEM Program Coordinator – The Teen STEM Program Coordinator is the lead manager, partnership developer, and facilitator for the EUREKA! Program which aims to increase teen girls’ interest in exploring career paths in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and to provide leadership development opportunities.
