Together, we’re raising $95,000 to support girls’ leadership, social-emotional growth, and access to afterschool programs across Alameda.

Fall Open House

September 18, 2025 | 5:00-6:30 PM
Open House, K–5th Grades Children’s Book Exchange, and a fun silent auction for adults! 
On September 18, we will open the doors of our Girls Inc. office at 1724 Santa Clara Avenue in Alameda.

What to Expect
Come celebrate with us and see what’s NEW!

  • Special Performances by Girls Inc. youth and the Little Theater Company
  • Book Exchange: Bring a book, take a book. All children in grades K-5 are invited to bring a book they love (gently used) to trade it in for a new adventure.
  • In the mood to play too? We got you. Adults can join a fun Silent Auction and take home prizes including a Forbidden Island gift certificate, a glam photo session, indulgent treats from local bakers, a Reiki session, and more. Low-cost e-bidding (folks can opt in to play or not).
  • Food + refreshments will be provided.

All are welcome – RSVP by Sept. 15 and come by and make yourself at home with us!

Silent Auction E-Bidding on Sept. 18
Can’t attend, but would like to support our Programs? Join our fun silent auction remotely on Sept. 18. Bids will be open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Please register for the Open House to receive all the details in advance.
